rain forest shower comfortable bed helpful staff small room sauna access extra taxes
The rain forest shower in my room was amazing (it really was!). the bed was super comfy. the staff were great. They were really helpful. my room was always cleaned when i requested.
The rooms were nothing like the advertisement. Very basic and small. i had no access to the sauna with my room. i found out i was charged extra for taxes, which i was not aware of before.

a good hotel option
helpful staff public transport clean room
the staff was helpful. public transport was accessible, it was near bus and tram stops. the room was clean. breakfast offered many choices. the location was decent for exploring nearby attractions. i liked being close to many restaurants.
the spa usage had a separate cost. it was more than one hundred euros. i found this annoying.
